1. What This Website Is

This is a private reference site with no government authority. It neither stores official records nor retrieves them, performs an official background check, or files documents for a user.

Its content identifies McLennan County Sheriff Records, the District and County Clerks, Texas DPS, and the Texas Public Sex Offender Registry as official custodians. Some pages also connect users with outside search tools.

2. Rules for Using This Site

As a condition of use, you must not:

• Use site information to threaten, stalk, or harass a person
• Attempt unauthorized entry into any site system or restricted area
• Use bots, scraping software, or other automated access tools
• Make an employment, housing, credit, or insurance decision from site content
• Interfere with performance or another visitor's access

3. No Harassment, Stalking, or Discrimination

You may not use information found here or through a linked tool to stalk, intimidate, harass, threaten, or unlawfully discriminate. Misuse may also be criminal. Texas Code of Criminal Procedure Chapter 62 makes selected registry fields public for safety awareness, not for vigilantism or punishment of a listed person.

4. We Are Not a Consumer Reporting Agency

We are not a consumer reporting agency under the FCRA and do not produce consumer reports, credit reports, or official background checks. You agree not to use this site or a linked tool to:

• Evaluate a person for housing or a rental
• Make a hiring or termination decision
• Set insurance terms or judge creditworthiness
• Decide eligibility for a license, permit, or public benefit
• Carry out any other FCRA-regulated decision

A check for a regulated purpose must come from Texas DPS or a provider that complies with the FCRA and the law governing that purpose.

Site content is general information, not legal advice. Only a licensed Texas attorney can advise how a charge, warrant, conviction, expunction, or nondisclosure law applies to a specific situation.

6. No Warranties

All content and services are provided "as is." We make no promise that:

• An outside search result is complete or correctly matched
• Every page is free from defects, errors, or security flaws
• Information remains accurate, current, or complete
• The site will operate without interruption

Charges, dispositions, access rules, and expunction orders change, so gaps are possible. Nothing here is an official statement by a court, clerk, sheriff, or Texas DPS.
